Stingray Practice Times

Practices* ( SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Monday – Friday (by age group)
6 and under: 8:150a – 9:00a
8 and under, 9-10s: 9:00a – 10:00a
11 and up: 10:00a – 11:00a

Tuesday and Thursday Evenings (all age groups)
Stroke Practice– 7:00p – 8:00p

*You are asked to be at all practices. If you are going to miss a practice or a meet, please let the coach know ASAP. You must attend a minimum of 2 dual swim meets in order to be eligible for the City Swim Meet!!!

Stroke practices will be specialized this year. Rotating instruction for an individual stroke each time we meet. We hope to bring in specialist on each of the strokes to help.
